Founded in January 2020 by Susan Mueller, CEO, Relief Mental Health opened its first clinic in Oak Brook, Illinois, just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The organization quickly expanded, adding a clinic in Northbrook in September 2020, and has since grown to operate 11 clinics across three states. This expansion highlights the company’s commitment to providing innovative and accessible mental health care to communities in need.

Additionally, Relief Mental Health offers SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray, an FDA-approved medication for treatment-resistant depression and those experiencing depression accompanied by suicidal thoughts or behaviors. SPRAVATO® works differently from traditional antidepressants, restoring the balance of neurotransmitters in the brain, which helps provide rapid relief from depressive symptoms. When combined with TMS, patients often experience both immediate and sustained improvements in their mental health.
