Memorial Hockey Game in the Berkshires to Raise Funds for Mental Health Services

by Daphne Watson

The Boston Bruins Alumni will face off against Berkshire County Law Enforcement in a special memorial hockey game this Saturday, honoring the life and service of Officer Michael J. Silver. The event will take place from noon to 2 p.m. at the Jackman L. Stewart Athletic Center at The Berkshire School.

Proceeds from the game will benefit several important causes, including supporting the Silver family, funding the Pugzee Farm project aimed at developing mental health and wellness services for Berkshire County law enforcement, and contributing to the Warrior for Life Fund, which provides support to active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families.

This event offers an opportunity to not only remember Officer Silver but also to support local heroes and enhance mental health services for both law enforcement and the military community.
